Chapter 1. Removing the corset dance
The first chapter is devoted to the movements and dance techniques that allow you to strengthen the connective tissues of your body
Chapter 2. Let the Shakti in
“Let the Shakti in” mostly deals with energetically aspects , also it works with reproductive and endocrine system. As with the first dance the set has got Demo dance and lessons with detailed explanations.
Chapter 3.“Morning dance practice”
“Morning dance practice” is the combined mix of 2 previous units.
Chapter 4. “Full dance practice. Advanced level”
Includes not just therapy aspects , but also pays attention to the choreography. It has also 2 detailed lessons with basic movements.
Chapter 5. “Filling up with shakti energy”
“Filling up with shakti energy” introduces not just the dance but also gives another energetical exercises and theory explanations.
Chapter 6. “Advanced level of the morning dance practice”
“Advanced level of the morning dance practice” contains all the aspects of the program: energy, therapy, esthetics and choreography.

Mila Cooper is the professional health coach in the sphere of integrative , holistic approach in the medicine, yoga teacher of international World Yoga Alliance and a model.
