I have picked some of my favorite crystals and the 'generally most used' crystals to study for this course. With each one we will go through their identifying features, so that you can discern which are which. Then we will see how that crystal is used as a healing tool. Lastly we'll look at their chemical composition and where they should be placed.

It is also important when working with crystal to look after them and cleanse them when necessary. We'll go through how to do that and I'll show you how I do it in a live example.

The hope is that at the end of this course you have a full appreciation for using crystals as a tool for your own bodies elevation and you will be able to identify which ones will help in your general day to day. You may find work is stressful and then use this course as a guide to which crystals can be placed around your workspace to providing a more calming atmosphere.

Since 2004 I've been helping rehabilitate the physical body via Pilates. My journey through the years has been mentored through many wise and fabulous powerful women. I've trained in Colour therapy, Access Bars, metaphysics as well as many more courses and workshops.
