Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of these Terms of Use or the services offered at any time without prior notice. However, changes related to refund policies or payment terms do not apply to previously completed transactions and only take effect for new transactions after the updates are published. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
Language Version of the Agreement
This Agreement may be translated into other languages for user convenience. In the event of any inconsistencies between a translation and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.

Acceptance of the Agreement
Your acceptance of this Agreement occurs when you make a payment for our services or otherwise confirm your agreement to these terms. This constitutes a legally binding contract under U.S. law. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to enter into legally binding agreements. If you are under 18 or have not reached the minimum age, you are prohibited from using our services.
Provision of Services
The Company agrees to provide access to online educational content and other services in exchange for payment as outlined in these Terms.
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- Use the website and services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use content provided on the website without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to services if the Client violates these Terms.
- Modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
- Engage third parties to fulfill its obligations.
The Company is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services used to fulfill its obligations, including payment systems and hosting providers.
Payment Terms
All services are provided on a prepayment basis. Applicable rates and payment terms are listed on the purchase page of our website.
Subscriptions:
- By activating the trial period, you are granted access to all courses on the platform for a standard trial period of 14 days. In certain cases, an optional 30-day trial period may be offered instead of the standard 14-day trial, as clearly indicated at the time of activation. Unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the applicable trial period, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription upon expiration, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- When activating a subscription without a trial period, the subscription becomes active immediately upon purchase, and the applicable subscription fee is charged at the time of activation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date..
- By subscribing, you authorize the Company to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time using the "unsubscribe" option in your account.
Access to Receipts and Billing DocumentsAll payment receipts, transaction confirmations, and billing documents related to your purchases are automatically stored in your personal account. You can access and download these documents at any time in the Profile section of your user dashboard. The Company does not provide separate duplicate receipts by email upon request, as all documents are permanently available in your account.
Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are available for any course within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable.
- If you wish to transfer fees to another course, contact our support team at support@lifelonglevelup.org.
- Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 14-day period. Refunds are processed within 7–14 days and credited back to your original payment method. If you do not receive your refund within this period, contact us again, and we will resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Life Long Level Up, Inc or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

You are fully legally responsible for unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of materials owned by the Company. Your written notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature for authentication.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property allegedly infringed.
- A clear description of the material believed to infringe your rights so that it can be located and identified.
- Complete and accurate contact information, including your mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A declaration that the information provided in your notice is accurate.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or other intellectual property owner.
Limitation of Liability
In case of a breach of obligations under this Agreement, both Parties are liable according to its terms and applicable law.
The Client is fully responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark protection, consumer protection laws, and lawful use of the Company's services.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when agreeing to these Terms.
- Actions that may lead to violations of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
The Company is not liable for:
- Consequences arising from the actions or inactions of the Client, including legal violations.
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages to the Client, regardless of prior notification of the possibility of such damages.
- Delays or disruptions in the provision of services caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The Company reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties without prior notice to the Client and without their consent. The Client may not transfer their rights and obligations under this Agreement without the Company's prior written consent.
Warranty Disclaimer
All services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, USA. Each Party bears its own legal costs. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action or they are deemed void.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party:
- By mutual agreement.
- By the Company if the Client violates these Terms.
- By the Client by canceling their subscription.
Upon termination, the Client's access to the services is immediately revoked.
