You have the option to cancel, modify, or request a refund for any course or subscription within 14 days of purchase.

Refund request guidelines:

You can receive a full refund for any course or subscription within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to transfer refund fees to another course or subscription, please contact our Support team at Refunds will not be eligible for cancellations received after the 14-day period. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-14 days and credited back to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within this period, please contact us again. We will definitely resolve your issue. We kindly request that you do not pursue a chargeback as an alternative method for obtaining a refund. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide all necessary information, including proof of services rendered and correspondence with the user. The refund period for chargebacks is up to 50 working days.
