Academic plan
Lesson 1. Salsa basic in place & forward basic + hips styling
This lesson is about the foundation of salsa dancing - the basic step. You will also be introduced to the technique of hip movement, which is an essential element of salsa. You will learn how to coordinate your footwork with your hip movements and how to execute them gracefully.
Lesson 2. Salsa side basic & back basic + arm styling
In this lesson, you will learn another salsa basic steps and add an extra layer of styling to your salsa basic steps by incorporating arm movements.
Lesson 3. Side to side basic - Mambo tap step + variation
In this lesson, you will learn salsa basic step side to side and mambo tap step with its variations.
Lesson 4. Rumba side step & rumba on diagonal
Rumba step is another foundational element of salsa dancing. Get acquainted with the proper footwork and add hips movements to make it better.
Lesson 5. Cross Overs & Suzie Q
This lesson is about one of the most popular steps in salsa. Find a fun and playful salsa move called suzie Q. This move involves a quick change of direction and a hip movement that adds a flirty touch to the dance. And cross overs is a slow step that can look flirty and sexy too.
Lesson 6. Salsa tap step + variations
Introducing one new step that can be added to your salsa dancing - the tap step and its variations. You will execute these steps properly and integrate them into your dancing.
Lesson 7. Salsa half turns right and left - Right turn
With this lesson, you will execute a basic half turns and right turn in salsa. You will learn the proper technique for turning.
Lesson 8. Salsa left turn - right & left turn from side basic
In this lesson you will continue learning turns, proper technique for turning.
Lesson 9. Swing steps + variations
Swing step with its variations - is also part of bachata basics. Add your own unique style to the salsa steps
Lesson 10. Salsa styling
In this lesson you will revise some basic steps and add arm styling. You will also see how to add arm styling to the left turn as well to make it look more visually interesting.

Hello everyone, my name is Tati Zhulega. I am a professional Latin dancer and dance teacher. My mission is to help people dance to the very best of their abilities, so that they can enjoy all of the fantastic benefits that dancing has to offer. Over the years, I have built up a wealth of experience in salsa, and I work hard to blend my passion and enthusiasm for dancing with a fun, friendly, student-centred approach. I am a strong believer in progressive learning, and my regular classes are designed to gradually build upon basic techniques, step by step, to help you become the best dancer you can be.

Over the years, I have won many competitions online and offline. Now I am one of the top bachata teachers and more than 10 of my students are teaching bachata. I teach lady style classes and couple classes, in-person public and private lessons, create shows and am available for bookings for congresses and events.
