You may cancel or request a refund for any course within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds:
You are entitled to a full refund for courses if the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions:
All subscriptions are non-refundable.
Use of Free Trial and Transition to Paid Subscription:
If you utilized a free trial subscription (lasting 7 days) and did not cancel the subscription through your account before the trial period ended, the cost of the paid subscription will be automatically charged according to the selected plan.
Refunds for charges after the trial period are not provided if the subscription was not canceled in advance.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval and credited to your original payment method.
If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact us again, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
Disputed Refund Requests:
Refund requests made in bad faith or as an attempt to obtain unauthorized refunds will be reviewed. In such cases, Lifelong Level Up reserves the right to provide evidence of services rendered, including correspondence and proof of purchase.
Processing disputed cases may take up to 50 business days.
Courses:
To cancel a course, send an email to support@lifelonglevelup.org, providing your name, purchase details, and the reason for cancellation.
Our support team will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, the date of your original email will be considered the cancellation date.
Subscriptions:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account. To cancel:
Log in to your account.
Go to the "Profile" section.
Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Follow the cancellation steps.

Access After Subscription Cancellation:
You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods will not be provided.
