Trial Activation Policy

By purchasing any course on Lifelong Level Up and checking the consent box next to the “Trial Activation Policy”, you agree to the following terms:

1) Trial is optional and not activated automatically

After purchasing a course, you may be shown an optional offer to access the full platform via a trial period (for example, 14-day free trial, and in some cases a limited-time 30-day free trial offer, as displayed on the screen).

Important:
The trial is available only on the second step after the course purchase, and it can be activated only if you do not accept/activate the paid subscription offer first.
To start the trial, you must actively click the trial activation button (e.g., “Start my 30-day…” / “Discover… with a 14-day free trial”). If you click “Decline” / “Not now”, the trial will not be activated.

2) What you get during the trial

If you activate the trial, you receive full access to all courses on the platform during the trial period, at no charge, for the duration shown on the offer screen.

3) Paid subscription after trial (automatic conversion)

If you do not cancel the trial before it ends, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged $99 USD per month (recurring monthly) until you cancel.

4) Cancellation / Unsubscribe

You can cancel the trial or subscription at any time in your personal account under the “Profile” section.
If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.

5) Account & login details

You confirm that the email address provided during purchase is yours and that you have access to it.
Your login credentials (username/email and password) for your personal account will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

6) Refund policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
