For maximum benefits from Mantra movement, it is important to:
- Ensure that you have privacy and will not be interrupted during the practice. Your ability to fully engage is influenced by your environment and the space you have chosen for practice.
- Make sure you have enough room to comfortably sit in a half-lotus position and move your arms freely in all directions.
- Use a cushioned surface, such as a yoga mat or rug, under your body.
- Allow yourself at least 10 minutes after the practice for integration. You may experience feelings of tiredness, nausea, emotional sensitivity, arousal, or inspiration. It is important to give yourself space to let these energies flow naturally and honor what your body needs.

Academic plan
Module 1. Upper body practice
Class 1. Introduction and breath work
Class designed to explain the importance of breath during the movement and basic point of concentration while you perform the body techniques.
Class 2. Upper body activation
Practice performed in a seated position. We start to build the movement from small elements such as your fingers and go through whole arm, neck and head to increase blood flow in those parts of the body and use meditation technique to spread the energy throughout the body
Module 2. Lower body practice
Class 3: Spine activation
Practiceperformed mainly in a seated position. We start to build the movement from circles and spirals in your spine as we increase the amount of living force with kapalabhati breathing technique and transform it into waves helping to awake the whole spine and connect to inner energy.
Please note, that kapalabhati breathing is an intense technique with contradictions such as - pregnancy, menstruation, tumor and other serious diseases of the brain, epilepsy, severe traumatic brain injury in the past, any acute diseases and exacerbations of chronic inflammatory diseases, as well as malignant tumors of the abdominal organs
We start to explore the ability of your hips to move in different directions. It will allow you by increasing the blood flow to improve the health of the pelvic organs. As the hips are the center of our body so it affects the muscles of the legs, buttocks, abs and chest. It makes your stomach flat and your legs beautiful. Fluid movement help you to harmonize nervous system
Module 3. Whole body practice
Class 5: Whole body activation
Lesson performed in standing position and designed to create more power and fluidity in your body as you will challenge it with balans poses, variety of coordination exercises and strength. We will you kapalabhati technique to elevate all the energy we created with that lesson. Please note, that kapalabhati breathing is an intense technique with contradictions such as - pregnancy, menstruation, tumor and other serious diseases of the brain, epilepsy, severe traumatic brain injury in the past, any acute diseases and exacerbations of chronic inflammatory diseases, as well as malignant tumors of the abdominal organs
Class 6 : Mantra dance flow
Basically that class is the mix of techniques and forms we used to create in the previous lessons. So you are free to follow my flow, or you can create your own pattern and sequence
Class 7: Mantra meditation
Class performed in the sitting position focusing and chanting the mantras
