Gala brings 10 years of rhythmic gymnastic, 8 years of dancing and 7 years of yoga practice experience to her practice. She specializes in hatha, vinyasa yoga, contemporary dance and breath work which allows to create a safe and powerful way to create flows and achieve the best results.

In her classes, you'll learn a lot about your body and mind, and experience a unique mix of dance, yoga and mantra meditation to actually feel the true nature of the soul and at the same time cultivate flexibility and strength.
