My name is Margarita, and I am a certified fitness specialist with an international diploma from the Association of Fitness Professionals. My professional journey began with a deep interest in health and fitness, which led me to the AnatomyStudy club, where I studied in the Women's Health. Pelvic Floor program.

I am also trained in Neuroscience of Movement and Pilates, which allows me to take a holistic approach to fitness using a combination of 3D fitness, breathing exercises and Pilates. By taking a healthy and scientific approach to training, I help girls achieve their goals safely and effectively.
