  • Make sure you have enough room to comfortably sit in a half-lotus position and move your arms freely in all directions.
  • Use a cushioned surface, such as a yoga mat or rug, under your body.
  • Allow yourself at least 10 minutes after the practice for integration. You may experience feelings of tiredness, nausea, emotional sensitivity, arousal, or inspiration. It is important to give yourself space to let these energies flow naturally and honor what your body needs.

Gala brings 10 years of rhythmic gymnastic, 8 years of dancing and 7 years of yoga practice experience to her practice. She specializes in hatha, vinyasa yoga, contemporary dance and breath work which allows to create a safe and powerful way to move.

In her classes, you'll learn a lot about your body and mind, and experience a unique mix dance and mantra meditation process to actually feel the true nature of the soul and at the same time cultivate flexibility and strength.
